Tickets are $5.00 each or five tickets for $20.00. The ticket drawing will take place on June 2, 2012, at the Brittiana 'Smile For Life' 5K Run/Walk. NOTE: Winner need not be present.
The on-line process is very easy. Once you have determined how many Raffle Tickets you would like to purchase, please, complete the raffle form along with your on-line payment, and, your Ticket Stub(s) along with a confirmation, will be e-mailed to you. Your actual stub(s) will be submitted into the Raffle Drawing.
If you are the prize Winner, and you do not attend the Run/Walk, you will be notified via e-mail regarding your Winning status. Once a valid response is received, arrangements will be made, and the prize will be mailed to the original ticket purchaser only. NO Exceptions.
